  • Handling of Customer INCs with defined SLA’s
  • Communications management
  • React to situations as they arise and deal with in prompt manner
  • Carry out regular health checks and reports for customers
  • Monitoring wall
  • Monitoring tools (Nagios, Icinga2, Cacti)
  • Linux
  • Confluence, Service.now

Požadavky

Knowledge of Customer interaction (in English) and adherence to SLAs
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Interest in working with variety of monitoring tools
  • Proactive thinking
